Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Evyra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
